From HOUSE BEAUTIFUL, this Client hired a local artist to create this French-inspired motif on CHALKBOARD! don’t ask me about the functionality but i’m sure there is a slight finish brushed on the top to keep from smudging. but maybe not. perhaps the client is such an adult that its just not necessary
